  13. Excuse me !! However I have delt with Better Concepts without a problem.

  15. This Company Name has been mentioned too many times, often the problem is
  16. the person placing an order that causes the problems, by failing to understand
  17. that the company they are talking to REALLY dont have ESP,
  18. things are thought of, but never leave the mouth when placing an order.
